Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. This includes Digital downloads, custom orders, digital prints cannot be returned unless unused and in original form. We are keeping our prices low on graphic designs so we can help you run your business. Please do not resell our products as your own unless you are using on a final end product. Such as shirts, mugs, canvas, etc are all considered end products.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Baby clothing is also non refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products arrived damaged.
We will ask for proof of damaged products to reach an agreement on a refund or replacement order. We do not replace or refund for user error of the transfers.
Lost packages please contact your local post office to file a claim.
